Take it from me, I've done it and it works. Everyone will participate either as players or spectators when we play games on the Xbox. The house was filled with laughter and cheers and it was nice to see everyone having fun. Playing games is ageless and virtually no generation gap.

Plans for one night a week where everyone will go home. If you do not have a night where everyone will be there, you have to handle things around so that you have at least one night where the whole family is home.

Then there is the game board to consider. You can play everything from handling snakes and ladders depending on the age of the child. You can set the theme to play a game for example Hawaiian theme. Have pineapple and stuff like that, everyone has their own leis. Everyone can talk about what they know or a question about Hawaii. Use your imagination. You know what you want with your family.
